Protein Smoothie Two Ways

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl or On the Go Green Machine

Easy and nutritious breakfast smoothies

  • 1 scoop of Orgain vanilla protein powder

  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk (I used almond/coconut blend) - add more or less depending on preference of thickness

  • topped w/ puffed wheat and Wegmans “just peanuts” peanut butter (if you don’t have Wegmans-try other PB below)

  • 1 scoop of Orgain vanilla protein powder

  • large handful of spinach (about 1 cup)

  • 1/2 banana

  • handful of ice

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

All Natural Peanut Butter

  • I suggest using a peanut butter like this that has no added sugars, oils, or preservatives
