Low Calorie Pesto Pizza In 15 Minutes or Less!

Make this nutritious and low calorie pesto pizza in less than 15 minutes to serve for two!

Nutrition Information: makes 2 servings, 1 serving (half the pizza)= 260 calories, 17g protein, 19g carbohydrates, 15g fat, 6g fiber, 2g sugar, 4.5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat

Ingredients

  • Flatout Protein Up Flatbread (1)

  • 1/4 cup of Wegman’s Basil Pesto or homemade

  • 1 cup of arugula

  • 1/2 cup broccoli

  • 1/2 cup artichokes from jar

  • 2 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 375F

  2. spread pesto evenly all over flatbread

  3. place all toppings onto pizza except cheese last

  4. bake 3-5 mins till slightly brown and cheese melted
